Yes. The standard service includes a professional carver and Ibérico ham. You can choose from four Ibérico ham qualities (Bellota 100%, Bellota, Cebo de Campo and Cebo), or ask us for advice. If you prefer to provide your own ham, we also offer a carving-only service.
As a guide: one Ibérico bellota ham (7–8 kg) serves around 25–35 generous portions. We'll advise you based on the number of guests and the event format so there's neither too much nor too little.
Typically 2–3 hours, but it adapts to the event's needs. Our carver stays for the full duration of the agreed service.

Yes. In the quote form you can select "Carving service only" if you already have your own ham or purchase it from your usual supplier.
